INITIAL SUBMISSION DETAILS

All Full Paper, Work-in-Progress and Project submissions may NOT include any identifying marks or the authors name. In order to ensure the integrity of our double blind peer-review process, all submissions must occur through the ACADIA 2015 Submission Website ONLY. Our submission website is being administered by the Easy Chair conference system. If you do not already have an account with Easy Chair, this will require you to create a new one. FULL PAPERS

Full papers describe significant bodies of research, should be a maximum of 4000 words, and should include references, images with captions, and illustrative graphics.

Full Text Submission deadline: Midnight Monday May 11th, 2015 The full text paper submission should be a maximum of 4000 words, including tables, captions, appendices, and acknowledgements. Images and illustrations with captions may be embedded within your submission with no further attachments required. The submitted document and file name may not include any identifying marks or authors name. Use standard letter size or A4 format saved as PDF, and submit via the conference submission website.

Full-paper authors will be notified of acceptance via email by June 9, 2015.

Revision Submission deadline: June 26, 2015 If the paper is accepted, the author will be asked to make revisions based on the blind review comments and to reformat according to the ACADIA 2015 formatting guidelines for publishing. Final submission upload procedure to be determined.


WORK-IN-PROGRESS PAPERS

Work-in-progress papers describe ongoing or developing research projects, should be a maximum of 2000 words, and may include references, images with captions, and illustrative graphics.

PROJECTS

The ACADIA 2015 exhibition will highlight experimental projects and design work in which methods, processes, and techniques have been developed or discovered that illuminate the conference theme. As this is a digital competition, no hard-copy proposals will be accepted.

Full Project Submission deadline: June 19, 2015 The full project submission should consist of two project boards per entry: One board should showcase your project through renderings and details and specify under which category (see the call for papers) you will be submitting the project, while the second should include a set of drawings and diagrams that describe the processes and techniques for fabrication and installation of your submission. Board size is set at 24" x 36", portrait orientation. Boards should be formatted as a single print-resolution PDF, and may not include any identifying marks or authors name. Submit via the conference submission website, uploading your PDF board in the "Upload Paper" section.

Project designers will be notified of acceptance via email by July 9, 2015.

Revision Submission deadline: July 26, 2015 If the project is accepted, the author will be asked to make revisions based on final formatting guidelines and exhibition design.
